1. Products and Personalization
Nova Jewelry offers personalized and engraved jewelry and accessories. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, messages, images, spelling, capitalization, and personalization details before submitting an order.
We create each personalized item using the information entered during checkout. Nova Jewelry is not responsible for errors submitted or approved by the customer.
Product colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in materials.
2. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Nova Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or decline an order because of payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, inappropriate personalization requests, or technical errors.
Changes to personalized orders are not guaranteed after the order has entered production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a correction.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available on our website. Nova Jewelry does not directly store complete payment-card information.
4. Production and Shipping
Personalized products require production time before shipment. Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Nova Jewelry is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.
Items received damaged, defective, or different from the approved order should be reported promptly with clear photographs and the order number.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the Nova Jewelry name, logo, product photography, graphics, descriptions, designs, and branding, belongs to Nova Jewelry or its authorized licensors.

Customers confirm that they have permission to use any names, photographs, artwork, logos, messages, or other content submitted for personalization.
7. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the product-care instructions provided by Nova Jewelry.
Normal wear, scratches, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

We work to keep product information, prices, and website content accurate. However, errors, interruptions, or outdated information may occasionally occur.
